 Hello everyone 😁 back with another 10 interesting tech facts let's start

1) Google servers release 200 tons of CO2 per day because all the data servers having the information we need when we search for something, these data centers are connected with undersea cables, switches and routers. These requires lot of energy and emit CO2 because they burn fossil fuels to get the needed energy.

2) In 2010, there was a race between a 11- month old pigeon that was armed with a 4GB memory stick and ADSL a popular broadband company in Africa. The pigeon won the race as it took only two hours to carry the data up to 60 miles while only 4% of data only was sent by ADSL.

3) The first computer bug was actually a insect bug 🐞 inside the computer's hardware. It was found by Grace Hopper on Sept 9,1947 at Harvard university, Cambridge, Massachusetts. His computer was constantly showing errors and when they opened the computer there was a bug disrupting the electronics of the computer.

10) The first ever online transaction took place in 1972 and what's more interesting is it was a drug dealπŸ˜‚ . It was done by students in Stanford university in California and MIT in Massachusetts using an ARPANET account in their artificial intelligence lab they sold a small amount of marijuana to their counterparts.
