Hey guys, back with another short postπ. Let's get straight into the topic:
Recently, OnePlus switched to Color OS even though it was only in China. Now, Realme is also thinking about switching to Oppo's Color OS. It's not a big surprise though as Realme is started as a arm brand of Oppo and both company's OS doesn't have that much of a difference when compared between the two. Realme recently in a community post asked the Indian community about their OS preferences. 4 questions in the community post was about Color OS and 2 questions were about naming the Color OS as Color OS for Realme just like Xiaomi's one of the sub brand's Poco has the name like MIUI for Poco.

This switching of OS is only in the decision making process and nothing is officially decided. The move over to RealmeUI was with Android 10 and had more stock android feel when used with only some embedding of RealmeUI. So, switching to Color OS won't be much of a problem to users maybe there could a really slight increase in bloatware according to me but its just my speculation.
But on the positive side of switching to Color OS the development cost could be comparatively less and also update rollouts could become comparatively faster. So, I am looking forward to hearing from Realme about their OS switching. I would like to know your thoughts about Realme's consideration to switch to Color OS. That's it people thanks for reading π.
